Lodge is available from 5 pm. We ask you to be willing to indicate us during your reservation, the approximate time of your arrival so we can welcome you in the best conditions. In case of delay or late arrival we ask you to contact +33.6.20.05.75.89.

When you make your booking, you will receive by e-mail all the information necessary for your stay and the place to report at to reach the lodges. The meeting will in general take place at the parking lot of the Lodges. You will find on the page “Contact us ” a map to facilitate your arrival and the GPS coordinates of Lodges of Reynou. If you get lost, do not to hesitate to ask for the direction at the entrance of the Park Zoo of Reynou.

Yes, you will receive a two-day pass on entering Reynou Park & Zoo.Simply give us the name you used to make the bookingwhen you arrived.

Yes, all of our lodges have air-conditioning and stoves to ensure you enjoy your stay whatever the weather!

For hygiene and security reasons, our friends animals are not admitted within Lodges of Reynou, nor in the Park & Zoo du Reynou.

To receive you in the best possible conditions, Lodges of Reynou provides you with free of charge baby chairs and beds. Please notify us during your on-line reservation or by telephone +33.6.20.05.75.89 at least 5 days before your arrival.

Lodges are fitted out for 4 or 6 people maximum including babies and children. So that your installation remains comfortable, we ask you to follow these instructions. If you wish to make a change in your reservation, you can contact us to +33.6.20.05.75.89

Breakfasts are served in a basket put down on your terrace between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. The breakfast is complementary and consists of fresh bread and croissants and similar products, jam and fruit juice. For hot drinks, a coffee, tea and chocolate machine is at your disposal in your Lodge. For dinners, tray meals can be delivered in your Lodges from 7pm. Tray meals are to be reserved during your on-line reservation or by telephone at least 5 days before your arrival. These trays are to be ordered on-line during your booking. You can have lunch in the snack bar of the Park Zoo of Reynou opened from 11 am and offers sandwiches, ready-made meals, french fries, burgers, hot and cold drinks and a selection of sweets.

Lodges of Reynou is “non-smoking”. It is strictly no smoking, but we can provide ashtrays to use on the terraces of your lodges. Thank you for not throwing your cigarette ends on the ground but in ashtrays planned for that purpose.

Lodges are equipped with bathroom with bathtub or showers and separated toilets. Each lodge offers two bedrooms among which one in mezzanine, a bathroom and a lounge/dining room. For your comfort, we provide a coffee machine, a microwave and a small refrigerator and also on request a baby bed and a highchair. Lodges of Reynou are equipped with bed sheets and duvet.

Lodges of Reynou supplies all the necessary for your stay. Beds are made with a bedding that we chose to be comfortable and practical, and soft bathroom linen and made of biological cotton. During stays over 2-nights, we ask you to leave on the floor only the dirty linen that you wish to be changed, in order to reduce our consumption of cleaning products and energy and protect the planet.

We ask you to indicate your departure time and we shall make with you a fast inventory of fixtures of Lodges. We remind you that lodges must be freed at the latest at 11 am. You have to return the lodge in a suitable state. If deteriorations are noticed we shall keep your deposit and can engage your civil responsibility. If your lodge is returned in a state requiring a very important household, we will be entitled to charge you 35€ for the service.

To reach the Park, you can either use your vehicle or ask for bikes to get to the main entrance of the park which is situated less than 1 km from Lodges of Reynou. Reynou Park & Zoo is only open from 10am to 7.30pm, from 1 April to 30 October. Please see our website for off-season opening times.

To make your stay pleasant and respectful of the environment, Lodges of Reynou chose to commit to an ecological and environmental approach. The project of lodges was thought to integrate perfectly into the existing landscape and into the green natural space which surrounds it. To protect the flora and fauna, we made choices whith the purpose to reduce our impact on our magnificent living environment of Limousin.
